  • Designed and developed a $600K guestroom renovation at Chesapeake Beach Resorts & Spa, a 71-room Boutique Hotel
  • Designed and developed a new VIP private jet passenger lounge for Jet Linx Aviation at Dulles Jet Center, the private jet terminal at Dulles International Airport. The addition of the lounge allowed for Jet Linx to expand their clientele by offering this VIP experience for their passengers, more than doubling their air fleet in less than 1 year.
  • Redesign of existing 2000 SF main passenger lounge at Dulles Jet Center, the private jet terminal at Dulles International Airport.
  • Redesigned guestroom corridors of the Americana Hotel, a 73-room Boutique Hotel located in Arlington, VA.
  • Designed and developed a 90-room conversion project at the Boston Hilton in collaboration with BGT Design. Taking 45 existing 2-bay suites and converting them into single key King rooms helped the property increase their available key count in the Art Deco historic hotel in the center of Boston's financial district.
  • Designed and selected all new furniture and finishes in the guestroom corridors and public areas at the Boston Hilton in collaboration with BGT Design.
  • Redesigned the lobby area concept at the Burlington Hilton in collaboration with BGT Design, adding a new food and beverage venue, the Mounted Cat Bar & Lounge as well as a new Executive Lounge area on the ground floor. This created new revenue for the property as well as giving the public areas a new design tying into the beautiful Lake Champlain area in Burlington, VT.
  • Redesigned the Bar Lounge area at the Metropoints Hotel, and independant property located in New Carrollton, MD.
  • Provided Design Management services for David Hill Design to oversee the construction and installation of the property renovation of the former Hotel Monaco (now known as the Alexandrian), including the guestrooms, corridors and lobby area, located in Old Town Alexandria, VA.
  • Guest speaker at 2015 BDNY conference session "Design CSI: What went wrong, & how to make sure it never happens again", moderated by Matthew Hall, editor of Boutique Design, Javits Center, New York, NY.

  • Designed and developed a new $14 million guestroom, suites, and corridor program for a 1,200-room Sheraton Hotel in Chicago, IL
  • Managed and supervised the installation of the furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as all interior finishes in a new-build $570 million Intercontinental Hotel in New York, NY
  • Project managed a $2.5 million club level renovation including 120 guestrooms and a club lounge that had to be completed within an 8-week construction period for a Westin Hotel in New York, NY
  • Redesigned and reconcepted an existing 5,000 SF restaurant and coffee bar in a Chicago Sheraton Hotel. The original budget was $1.2 million but the final costs came in under $870K, saving the company almost $500K by managing the project in-house.
  • Created and designed a new 2,800 SF restaurant in an under-used part of the hotel, resulting in almost $1 million in new profits after the first year of operation.
  • Collaborated with Michael Graves and Disney to redesign a new guestroom and corridor program for 2,200 rooms at the Swan & Dolphin Hotels in Orlando, FL
  • Redesigned and reconcepted a $4.7 million casino project for a Wyndham resort property in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico increasing profit revenue by 30%
  • Project managed the Interiors portion of a new 225-room Marriott hotel in Warsaw, Poland, collaborating with the architects in Germany and contractors in Poland to open the hotel within one year after the ownership unexpectedly re-flagged the property while in the middle of construction

  • Designed and developed a new spa concept for the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel in New York, NY
  • Redesigned an existing conference center at the Doubletree Hotel, earning the property the award for best business conference space in 2001
